Our History

Stairway initially established itself in 2002 as a traditional distressed and special situations fund manager and over time, as markets changed, expanded its investment criteria, broadened key strategic relationships, and created a meaningful single-family office partnership that collectively together, has provided enormous flexibility to deploy and allocate capital in a creative yet ever mindful manner.

The management team has over 60 years of collective experience in special situation financing, distressed related deals, and other general opportunistic transactions.
